2010 is an exceptional vintage. The historically dry weather and cool nights have made it possible to harvest grapes of optimal maturity . When ripe, will it exthat offer a wine of a perfect balance combining concentration and finesseceed in quality of the excellent vintage 2001?
Relatively dry autumn, wet winter, medium wet spring, dry summer and harvest in good weather. The harvest this year was earlier due to a dry and warm summer.
Despite average yields, the grapes reached full maturity without any problems with a little advance compared to an average year. The wines are structured with an exceptional material that gives them a great complexity, a great finesse, a remarkable length and a great potential for preservation.
