After the vinifying process, each vine plots and each grape variety are aged separately, either in barrels, half-muids or in new barrels, in one wine, two wines or three wines.
The domain
Château Estanilles is one of the most famous estates in Languedoc-Roussillon and one of the pioneers of the Appellation Faugères. We produce organic wines of the highest quality possible while respecting our exceptional terroir.
